Pick whichever shade makes you feel the most confident. Before applying the lipstick, prep your lips by letting a hydrating balm soak in while you do your face and eye makeup, lip color comes last then blot off excess with a tissue. Use the applicator wand and starting at the center of your lips and paint the color toward the corners. For a super precise line, dip a lip brush in makeup remover and use it clean up the edges.
