Frantic.Hectic. Nerves on the edge. As always the backstage level of intensity at a fashion week is like watching a high octane reality show. The different teams, make-up, hair, models, and dressers all trying to meet a tight 2 hour deadline. All has be ready by 4 pm.

We only briefly saw the Fauto Puglisi Spring Collection. Based on the nightlife of Miami where anything goes, the looks are loose, the colors and prints are conspicuous. Consisting of t-shirts, shorts, and jerseys the garments are overtly masculine in a low brow manly, manly, man Jersey way.
We could not resist taking pictures of other items from his collection at the Gio Moretti store in Milan.

Black and Paper attended the Edhen Presentation at Milan Fashion Week Men.
Sensual is how I would describe Edhen. For those of you searching for the new “It” men’s shoe this brand could be the one. The collections are the right balance of adventurous, being chic with the right touches of classic Italian detail with lush fabrics and leathers footwear. This season there is an emphasis on the light and breezy shoes made of soft, very refined materials. The Mules were fun but my favorite pair are the Brera’s in blue.
I have the impression these designers will go far, fast.

Savile Row bespoke tailor Richard James presented The Atlantic collection during London Fashion Week Men’s. Soft colors, along with vertical lines inspired by the 1950’s are how the press release summed up the looks. I only saw 3 of the 20 looks during the presentation, including a pink double breasted suit which I felt was a bit underwhelming.
